Kiln HR is a small consultancy, and this page describes everything the site does with your information. There isn't much.

What this site collects

Browsing the site requires no account and sets no advertising cookies. Anonymous, cookie-free page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) tell me which pages get read. That's it.

Booking a consultation

The booking buttons go to Calendly. Anything you enter there (name, email, meeting notes) is handled by Calendly under their privacy policy and lands in my calendar and inbox. I use it to hold the meeting and follow up, and for nothing else.

The SCA Classifier and your API key

The SCA Occupation Code Classifier asks for your own Anthropic API key. That key is stored only in your browser's local storage and is sent only to Anthropic's API. It is never transmitted to Kiln HR, and I cannot see it. Clear your browser storage to remove it.

Email forms

If you submit a form on this site, what you typed is emailed straight to my inbox through Resend, the same transactional email provider my other products use. Nothing is stored on the site, no lists are sold or shared, and one email asking me to delete yours is all it takes.
